These terms govern your use of Every Block Has a Story (the "site"). By creating an account, posting a story, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
You need an account to post a story, like, comment, save, or follow. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for anything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
Posting a story requires verifying that you've purchased an Every Block Has a Story product, matched against our Shopify order records. This keeps the community tied to real supporters of the project. Browsing, liking, saving, commenting, and following don't require a purchase.
You keep ownership of the videos, photos, and text you post. By posting, you grant Every Block Has a Story a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content on the site (and in promotional material about the site) for as long as it remains posted. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload.
Stories should be genuine, on-topic accounts of a block, neighborhood, city, or community. You agree not to post content that:

Newly posted videos and profile photos are automatically screened by an AI system, and may also be reviewed by our team, before or after appearing publicly. We may remove any content, or suspend or terminate any account, that we believe violates these terms — with or without notice.
If you see content that you believe violates these terms, please report it or contact us through the Contact page.
Physical products are sold through our Shopify store and are subject to Shopify's own terms and the payment processor's terms. Every Block Has a Story doesn't directly process or store your payment information.
The Every Block Has a Story name, logo, and site design belong to us. Nothing in these terms gives you rights to use our branding without permission.
The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or that any particular piece of content will remain posted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Every Block Has a Story isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
You can stop using the site and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms as the site evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
